Hot Tubes
I was pretty impressed with this. It's transparent if I need it to be, or it can be a healthy mix of overdrive and fuzz. I am using it with a Laney LA30BL which is not necessarily a high gain amp, and it works really well. Only complaint is when using the tone bypass switch, it makes a really big thump (the actual pedal on/off footswitch is silent). Nothing I can't live with, its pretty nifty, and at the price, its hard to beat.
