The Psvane 12AU7-S is part of their new Art Series from Psvane. The much loved 12AU7-T MKII has been upgraded with better materials to improve the sound. You can expect a very rich, detailed and warm sound from these tubes; even better than its predecessor.
A Note on Psvane Packaging & Matching
You are most likely familiar with seeing Psvane tubes sold in proprietary Psvane packaging, factory tested, and/or matched in pre-made sets. In order to provide a wider variety of sets (including singles), we hand-test and match all models that we carry in-house. We test and/or match by Gm, Ip (plate current) and/or gain with a maximum range of +/- 15% on modern Maxi-Matcher testers. While 15% is our maximum, we strive for 5% when possible. This ensures that we are able to match to our high standards. These tubes come boxed individually.

Matched Pair of Psvane (2) 12AU7-S Art Series
A few years ago, I purchased the regular sextet set of Psvane tubes for my PrimaLuna preamp, and they sounded fantastic. Now these Art series tubes are even more refined sounding and worth every penny. They are the best non-NOS tube I've heard. I feel lucky we can still get these wonderful sounding valves.

Psvane Art Series
I am using the new Art series of Psvane. I am using a 12ax7 pair on the front end in place of the older nicely broken in Psvane T mkii I was using in my phono preamp. Right out of the box, I noticed improvement. In my monoblocks, I used the Art Series 12au7 and same result. I am amazed that they made such an immediate improvement. I can only hope that with more play they get even better. They have beat some of by NOS Telefunken, Valvo, and some other new tubes by a surprising margin.

PSVane 12AU7 S
I just swapped out my 2 Gold Lion 12Au7 in the gain stage of my Prima Luna Prologue Premium integrated with PSVANE 12Au7 s. First impressions out of the box; Quieter Much deeper and faster bass. Background instruments have receded a bit but that gives a better 3D presentation. Some of the detail of those instruments has softened. Vocals seem a little bigger but basically the same. Overall, I feel it is an excellent tube. A nice alternative to the GL. I do like a warmer, fuller sound and , so far, the PSVANE provides that a little better than the GL. I would recommend the tubes plus the the service from Viva Tubes made the transaction excellent!

These are the best in my system after I tried many different brands, I re-ordered again for my second system! Wide dynamic, very precise, natural and rich - I love it!
