UPDATE: Shipping & Returns During COVID-19

To our customers, friends, and family:

We hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy. Here we wanted to give everyone an update on any changes to shipping both domestic and international, as well as the processing of returns.

In regards to domestic shipping, the USPS is working as hard as ever to deliver mail and package to everyone in the US. While transportation and health issues arise, the USPS had issued a statement on April 17th stating that USPS First Class and Priority services may be slightly delayed due to limited transportation availability as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. For example, USPS Priority Mail's 2 and 3 day delivery service commitment has been extended to 3 and 4 days, respectively. Please view the USPS' statement here

For international shipments, there have been some countries experiencing much more drastic delays or complete suspensions of USPS delivery services. This is a fluid and ongoing obstacle. We ask that all international customers check the USPS' International Service Disruptions page that is continuously updated. You can view that page here. Some international deliveries may see slight delays or longer delays depending on the country.

As we continue to operate with an on-site skeleton crew practicing social distancing; we wanted to announce that there may be a delay of a few business days on the processing of your return. While we continue to focus on fulfilling all of our orders in a timely fashion as we always have, having a smaller on-site crew means that it may take a few extra days to physically process incoming items like returns. Everything else is otherwise operating at the normal pace.

As a reminder, our retail space is still temporarily closed until further notice for the health and safety of our staff. This means that all local pick-up options and walk-ins are suspended until its reopening.

Thank you all for your understanding during this time while we strive to provide you with the audio gear and accessories that you need.
